Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive your Hura and it is faulty, you must inform us within 7 days of purchasing. As long as the item is returned to us in the same condition that we supplied it to you in, all your monies will be reimbursed. We only cover original delivery charges if the item is faulty or incorrect. If you are simply returning an item for any other reason you are returning the item back to us at your own cost and risk.
You must contact us first prior to returning an item, you will be kept well informed about the progress of your return. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the item being returned to us.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail. When you checkout your order, you will have the option to select Standard Tracked & Signed or Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Both require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address.
For international deliveries, Royal Mail works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.

- Next Day Delivery Tracked + Signed For (available on orders received Monday - Thursday by 1pm)
- Standard Delivery up to 7-9 working days dependant on the local postal service.
All Prices shown are inclusive of VAT in the United Kingdom.
If you change your mind after making a purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will try to ensure your order does not get processed. This will be actioned on an individual basis. If your order has already been processed, you will be liable to return your hura yourself and pay the postage for returns.
