We aim to satisfy all Hura customers with both the products and service we offer. If you feel that we have fallen short of your expectations, we will do as much as we can to rectify this. Just get in touch to let us know.
If you change your mind after making a purchase, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and we will try to ensure your order does not get processed. This will be actioned on an individual basis. If your order has already been processed, you will be liable to return your hura yourself and pay the postage for returns.
All our prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the current UK rate.
Secure Online Payment
We accept credit card, debit card, and Paypal payment online. Our web-transactions are securely hosted by Sagepay. Payments can be submitted online using protocol 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. The Purchaser should see a solid padlock in their browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Your hura will only be despatched once payment has been received in full, and authorised online by MasterCard® SecureCode or Verified by Visa®.
Due to the nature of Hura products, we have limited stock available. We will endeavour to fulfil every order placed online, but we may not always be able to. We will keep you informed at the earliest opportunity.
In the unlikely event that you receive your Hura and it is faulty, you must inform us within 7 days of purchasing. As long as the item is returned to us in the same condition that we supplied it to you in, all your monies will be reimbursed. We only cover original delivery charges if the item is faulty or incorrect. If you are simply returning an item for any other reason you are returning the item back to us at your own cost and risk.
You must contact us first prior to returning an item, you will be kept well informed about the progress of your return. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the item being returned to us.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail. When you checkout your order, you will have the option to select Standard Tracked & Signed or Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Both require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address.
For international deliveries, Royal Mail works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.

All our products are handcrafted and do vary from one piece to another. We like to celebrate the uniqueness of each Hura. All dimensions and imagery are to be used as a guideline.
Hura conforms to the UK Data Protection Act. Any information you provide is treated in strict confidence and is stored in a secure location. Customer details will not be disclosed in any way to any persons outside of Hura. If you do not wish to receive newsletters from us, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
